Sports swimming pool
The swimming pool is part of the Sports Complex of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre in Zielona Góra. Used by sports clubs and associations, both for training purposes and for organising competitions and matches.
The facility is used by Zielona Góra Swimming Association and the Complex of General Education and Sports Schools.
Individual clients, institutions and companies also use the swimming pool and sauna.
Opening hours of the facility
Swimming pool:
- Monday - Friday: from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Saturday: from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Sauna:
- Monday - Friday: from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Saturday: from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed

The pool is adapted for swimming, water polo and aqua aerobics.
Every year nationwide swimming competitions organized by the Polish Swimming Association and Zielona Góra Swimming Association take place at the swimming pool.
