Information about the facility

A Finnish sauna is an unparalleled experience and a must for everyone. It cleanses the soul and body equally. During the sauna session, toxins are removed from the body, keeping the skin clean and beautiful. Steam produced by pouring water over hot stone ionizes the air, which, according to Finnish folk tradition, prevents fatigue, nervousness and anxiety. The sauna is relaxing and cleansing, and removes pain in muscles and joints. The Finnish sauna with full sanitary facilities, located in the Sports Acrobatic Hall at ul. Urszuli 22 can be used by participants of Fitness and Yoga classes organised by MOSiR Zielona Góra as well as individual clients of our facility. We are looking forward to seeing you!
